Living Now Baking and Pancake Mix is an all-purpose mix that's perfect for pancakes， waffles， crepes， muffins， cookies and more. This incredibly versatile baking mix is kosher， made without gluten and other common allergens， and is specifically formulated to make your favorite recipes taste great.

Ultimate Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients:?(Serves 4)

• 1 cup Living Now Gluten-Free Baking and Pancake Mix
• 1 egg (or substitute 1 tbsp applesauce + 1 tsp baking soda)
• 1 tsp melted butter (or substitute 1 tsp vegetable oil)
• 1 tsp NOW Organic Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1? cups milk (or substitute 1? cups rice milk)

Directions:

1. Place lightly oiled pan or skillet on medium heat (350°F).
2. Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
3. Pour ? cup of batter into pan and cook for 3 minutes or until brown.
4. Flip the pancake and cook for 2 minutes or until pancake has browned， then serve.

Suggestion: Use NOW Real Food Organic Maple Syrup to make these Gluten-Free Pancakes even more delicious!
